5 Winemack accommodates 6 people (maximum) comfortably and rents from Sunday to Sunday weekly.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m. to allow for cleaning and turnover.
Weekly rental rates are as follows:
June: $1800/wk
July: $2000/wk
August: $2200/wk
September: first week $2000/wk; second week $1800; last two weeks $1700/week
October: Week of Columbus Day $1800/wk; rest of month $1700/wk
Occasionally, we can accommodate long weekends in the shoulder (off-peak) months, so feel free to ask.
We can also be more flexible on pricing for parties of two during these times.
If booking is more than 60 days from rental date, a 50% deposit is due; balance is due no less than 45 days prior to arrival.
If booking is within 60 days of rental, 100% of rental is due. If a reservation is cancelled, funds received are not refundable unless the home is re-rented, in which case some of the deposit may be used to augment re-rental amount in order to equal the original rental amount. Security deposit is required.
